This looks more than just a re-tiling of the exterior facade. Also, where the Terminal C baggage claim used to be it looks like there is something that is going to be on the bottom floor of the food-court! Is this another mini-check-in/TSA/exit coming here for easier access to the 60-69's gate? I remember this was included in the original plan. Maybe a second mini-sky-club (with sky-deck) where the old Terminal C SkyClub was as well, in addition to the open for the public sky-deck?
So as a quick note, the windows you see there on the ground floor of C are very old and have yet to be removed (if they will be). I truly have no idea what they’ll put on the lower level, if anything, but I suspect they could add another exit from the 60s.
