now THIS is smart! i've heard some of the highest paid GW workers are the bell staff whose tips are VERY VERY lucrative. Valet probably not far behind. Attitude is everything; bell staff have longer time to "bond" with arriving guests than a transactional valet, but the valet operation just prints cash for all the people picking up their car. There's no excuse for any of them to have a bad attitude.
