Note that Amex travel (USA) has long been outsourced, currently to Expedia. For a transitional period Platinum and Centurion Travel services appeared not be outsourced, but the distinction between Amex Travel and Platinum Travel Service seems to have collapsed in recent years. There has not been enough recent discussion of Centurion Travel Service to know, but it sounds as if it is probably also outsourced now.
