Dents are not covered but hardware like wheels, handles, etc. are all covered by RIMOWA for free.
Something physically penetrating the aluminum cannot be prepared by them, but a suggestion someone in a store made softly to me that if it were his bag, he’’d patch from the inside between the case and the lining with the carbon fiber composite you’d use to patch up a surfboard or small boat… it’s not a bad idea.
Finally, EK seems to be among the roughest on these - can’t count how many times I’ve seen someone with a bag that looks like it was dropped off a building.
