They do not Staff the service centres sufficiently / appropriately, they could look at a Weather forecast, ZRH had unfavourable Winds on Monday morning which caused a lot of disruptions, i got caught up in that & had to overnight in Zurich, the lines for the LX service centre were enormous, fortunately as HON i just went to the FCL & they sorted it all out for me.
They know how to take care of their HON. I fortunately managed to fly out of ZRH Monday night, we waited until exactly 23:30, and even then, instead of a full plane we went out with a lot of empty seats.
