Another huge vote for Briggs&Riley. Love the luggage - high quality, light and looks great. I was forced to check in my carry on at one of the Southern CA airports going to JFK - and they managed to break off the handle (slides up and down) so it became unusable. Sent photos to B&R and within days I had a new one sent to me and they picked up the broken one. All the family now use B&R. I have a photo somewhere
