LCY - NCE success.

BCN - LCY absolute fail. Gate agents forgot to call group numbers and everyone boarded at the same time.
On arrival, "staff shortages" and we had to wait an additional 30 mins on the tarmac before de-boarding.
Another abysmal BA performance, I'm afraid. Really makes you wonder why chase OW status.
