Success at LHR yesterday.

Gate 12A was very busy, with a full flight and many on standby and no seat allocated.
But verbal call for Group 0, just as I was walking towards the gate, before anything on tannoy.
A delightful lady, tried to block me showing my pass to the agent at the entrance to the gate "excuse me, where do you think you are going, I am group 1", my only response was to show pass to gate agent, who apologised and opened tensator tape.
Asked to walk up to gate, put in to holding pen at top of escalator with those who checked in bags at gate. Mutterings from gate warrior to those around her...

Upgraded too, which was nice, twice yesterday.

I quite like BA this week.
