Nasty tall blond guy at the WTMD waves his hand in front of me and asks, "Sir are you aware of TSA's shoe policy?"

Me: "Why yes, I am!"

NTBG: "Sir, if you walk through the detector with shoes on you will be sent to secondary."

Me: (eyes roll) and walk.

Secondary of course is unremarkable. I requested a Supervisor and complaint form. As always astonishment with my complaint. Says the supervisor, "All shoes must undergo screening."

Ugh! Frustrating!
