UA typically uses T7 or T8. Some International arrivals are processed at TBIT however. DL uses T2 or T3, located in the opposite side of the airport. UA's own maps says 34 minutes from T7 club to some Hudsons shop after security in T3, all while airside. You'll walk more than that because the gates will be further.

Since you are almost certainly on separate tickets, be sure to budget extra time since DL would not help you if your UA flight is way too late. And if you checked in luggage, you have to claim it at T7. Good luck!
