CI has a non-refundable 'L' fare class which is not listed in DL charts and thus earns no RDM and likely no MM as well. The lowest current CI TPAC fare filings (from EF) look to be N class which is listed on DL charts and earns RDMs and should be fine. The cheapest discount CI fare classes mentioned upthread were N and R and I don't see any mention of L fares.
