SIN>LHR booked on BA.com. First sector is with QR and showing as BA6177 and the second with BA metal. When i login to QR to select my seat for the first sector the tickets shows" BA 6177Airbus A350-900 Operated by Qatar Airways" I am assuming the first sector qualifies as an Eligible Flight.as its 'marketed by BA' etc However, I need this flight to qualify for silver as one of my 4x eligible flights and don't have much wriggle room in terms of time if not. I also cant really wait for the points to be posted as it will be past my tier point collection year. Can anybody confirm my assumption is correct? Or should i do a quick LHR>MAN run incase? I have seen some other threads saying if the boarding ticket says 'booked as baxxx' then it is a EF, should i use that as a rule of thumb? Yes i am a bit of a worrier. But have had a bit of hit and miss with this in the past but not when booked with BA direct.
