I will never earn PM status on MQD spend so at least this option I keep PM for 2 more years. after that I'll re-assess my airline strategy.
OP has already earned Plat status for 2025 Medallion year and extended status does not stack with earned status. Using rollover MQMs to extend status would be a total waste in this case.
