Only Skyteam member airlines now give you XPs. So just make sure you are booking on a Skyteam member airline. (If you don't know what airlines are Skyteam members, go to the Skyteam website).

You cannot filter on "flying blue members" on Google Flights. However, you can select "Skyteam" under the "Airlines" arrow, and thereby show you results only from Skyteam member airlines.
