Had a 1 night stay, booked basic King bed room, received email that I had been upgraded and app listed a superior king with view. When I arrived the reception took a long time to figure out which room to give me, even after I mentioned the room type I was upgraded to. Finally get my room card, but when I get to my room it is a tiny room with no view (facing inwards to the courtyard), I check the app and it now shows me as “upgraded” to a queen bed room. Back to reception and get it sorted to the correct upgrade.

Diamonds get 2 free drinks per day, choice of anything on the menu. I just had beer, since all I wanted was a cold drink after the Waldbuhne concert that night, I forgot to checkout the high priced liquor.

AC very good, shower water pressure very good. Less than 10 minute walk to Zoo railway station. I did not have time for breakfast as I had an early flight the next morning for which the railway station was convenient.

I would stay here again.
