Booked a holiday through British Airways to include 5 night in IC Singapore. I emailed the hotel to confirm they have the booking and to give them my Ambassador details. Thet 'regret to inform me' that bookings made via third party do not include Ambassador privileges, so no room upgrade and no late check out. A bit of a let down to be honest/
