Yep - got delayed an hour leaving MAD as told there were slot delays at MUC. Only to arrive (20 mins behind schedule) to find clear skies.

At least I had a long layover and I've got another 90 minutes till my next flight.

That said, lots of frantic people running around the airport and massive queues at the Lufthansa Service Centre, so clearly there have been a bunch of IRROPs and cancellations.
