Inept Service from Centurion Travel Services
I am wondering if any other Centurion or Platinum card holders are finding Amex Travel Services screwing up reservations and providing poor service?
My recent examples include:
1. Booking connecting rooms at a hotel that does not have them.
2. Not noting connecting room requests.
3. Wrong dates...
4. Looking up the wrong hotels, though I tell them specifically which one, and starting errant reservations.
5. Agents who cannot spell country names like Thailand or Hungary.
6. Agents who leave you on hold for extended periods like 10 minutes + without coming back to you.
The oversights waste my time and cause stress. Worse still dispute resolution is impossible as they defend the agents and reject criticism or accountability.
Any other experiences?
