1) If award flights are available, you may be able to book an open-jaw CVG-EDI/DUB-CVG or SNN-CVG at a suitable cost.
2) Unless you are planning to book award flights on a different airline for your return to the U.S., you should be aware that one-way transatlantic cash flights can be very expensive, with a price even higher than the price of RT travel.
