So it's not really clear is it? Is it the GGL line, is it normal Customer Relations or is it the Premium Team? Or is it the survey that came out a couple of months ago?
Then is the feedback going to the ground experience teams or the project team that managed the change? I suspect the project team has been disbanded and there is no single team responsible for receiving and collating input, hence the lack of any coherence in response or resolution.
I'll be feeding back again to whomever from BA is at the event on Tuesday evening but I'm tired of feeding back and I just want it to be fixed or canned.
