To be honest, recent isolated incidents and reports I heard from friends and mutual friends indicate that part of the problem is that senior management (including Ernst) at Zoe does not understand generosity, contrary to what AMAN is known for / was known for.
Even small things are charged and nickel and diming seems alive and well there... rather sad given the team is seasonal and just isn't capable of delivering the service standards.
It's really unfortunate to hear this about Ernst. I have never been to Zoe but I went to Kila 3 times during Ernst's tenure and always thought he represented the original Aman DNA quite well.
