After the devaluation, it's not really, except for some business promotion tickets, and on popular routes, it's hard or sometimes even impossible to find promotion availability.

If you are in the US, you can book one-way domestic economy for 10K points or business for 15K points with United, which can be a great deal. Even New York to Honolulu, a 10.5-hour flight, counts as a domestic flight given the size of the US.
