My email says I apparently just registered (maybe via MHC). Not sure if it’s targeted or publicly available. Says it works at some other Hyatt properties in Florida in addition to resorts. Sounds like an amazing offer if you have travel plans to Florida already.

Here are the T&C -

Beginning on your first eligible stay after registration, you will receive 1,000 Bonus Points and double Tier Qualifying Night credits for every (1) Eligible Night stayed at participating Hyatt hotels and resorts in Florida during the Promotion Period. A maximum of 20,000 Bonus Points and 20 Tier Qualifying Night credits may be earned under this promotion. Promotion is not valid at hotels that do not participate in World of Hyatt at the time of your stay. All points awarded under this promotion and bonus offer are Bonus Points. For the purpose of this promotion and bonus offer, an “Eligible Night” is defined as any night where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award.
