Hi guys, I have all 4 AMEX platinum and both personal/business Gold. Someone on reddit said he "I only use SSN and no player 2 or referrals because SUBs are often lower compared to public offers." He said "I've had 2 biz golds and 2 biz plats within 6 months and got all the SUBs. Also, have 2 CIC and 2 CIU in a little under a year and also got all SUBs. Currently working on BBP SUB because I want to slow down a bit with Amex and plan to get CIP in August hoping the 120k SUB will still be available."

I have never gotten targeted offers with NLL. Does anyone know what he's talking about? I always get a popup if I try to apply to any of the Platinum/Golds bc I had it before so... huh?
