Nothing has been pushed out yet, but it's basically a 2 phase expansion of the front of T5. Roughly 250,000sf of space that adds 4 stories. The first phase covers the east side which includes the main walkway from the parking structure over to T5, adds in 4 more elevators, concessions, more passenger movement and seating instead of the narrow path that folks take now and reconfiguration of the current CP11 to allow domestic passengers coming from the east to flow downstairs to the meeter/greeter area without having to walk around over to the Delta side of the building.
Phase 2 starts just west of the Goddess and the grocer and replicates what was done on the east side just not adding walkway to the parking garage. Phase 2 is not technically not needed but would improve the overall look and feel of the building, so there's a push to try and get it done. Work could require the closure of the ATS for a few months, the decision is time/cost in doing so over nightly or full time closures.

Do you know if the master plan ever contemplated a new CTA station adjacent to or under the new parking garage (either above ground somehow or burying the CTA tracks a bit farther east of where they presently go underground)? Clearly a large (and unlikely) undertaking, but I think about it each time I see the Blue Line and ATS pass each other.
