Don't get me wrong, as a former gate agent (back in the dark ages), I am not all that knowledgable regarding ADA seats, and the like. I do know I still have certain issues with AA, and they are not my airline of choice (CO is). And as I am not a 'Road Warrior' I am not aware of all the changes since then. That's why I returned to this forum.
