Last Tuesday night 6/18/24, Mrs. ND76 and I were on the way home from CDG and had just cleared TSA and were in JFK T4 when we learned that our onward flight to CLE was delayed by what turned out to be over 4 hours (we finally boarded the flight in the 2 am hour and didn't get off the plane in CLE until after 4 am). We went into the Gate A8 SkyClub, and the bouncer (I wouldn't dignify him by calling him an "ambassador" or a concierge) referred us back to our gate in the A gates and told us he couldn't help us. I guess Bean Counter Ed and his goofballs in the c-suite have decided to take away the one thing that made the SkyClub system truly great--the ability to help travelers who needed service recovery.

Delta is now an airline with great facilities and gutted service. Shame on Ed.
