Coming to this resort on points as platinum. Any recent experience on any upgrade? I tried to bring one more person so a one bedroom suite is needed. I put in a request to pay for upgrade but concierge said that they are not sure if it will be available and I could not connect to front desk.

Also, now that the buffet breakfast is available. Would I get 2 person free or just a $75 credit still?
