Fortunately no change in BOS yet for removing the agent help desk area in the satellite A club, although I haven't had to get help recently so not sure if there is somebody working it or if I'd have to ask with the agents at the self service check in kiosks.
The BOS club by A security has larger check in desks (no check in kiosks) that double as help so agents there do both check in and work on ticket issues.
