This doesn't seem worth the price difference.
Indeed the Regency Deluxe Suite is not much different than a Regency Suite, usually just on a higher floor. I'm not sure the small extra sqm listed in the description for the Deluxe Suite is noticeable or even correct.
However, the advantage of booking a Regency Deluxe Suite is that you have a better chance of getting lucky and being upgraded to a Premier Suite as a Globalist, which can be much larger (for example with the dining room as someone stated), larger living room with big windows, or even a balcony.
