recommend letting the facts be investigated before drawing assumptions as to cause. This is not only the right thing to do, it’s standard practice in the aviation industry. There was an a330 that experienced a similar cabin pressure several days later - and in that case everyone is taking a measured approach to understanding what happened. Let’s do the same here.
