Basically, this is generally possible, though not well-signposted (or at all), and you may end up having to explain yourself at varying points (perhaps especially if you don't look like you know what you're doing). If you don't know what you're doing, there may be rather severe consequences. (This may border on "if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't attempt").

IMO, there's not enough of a difference between the lounges to make it worth trading a half hour of lounge time for a marginally better lounge. Of course, valuations differ.
