Hi,

I was in the Conrad in December in 2021. It was warm and good but you only got direct sunlight from around 1030-1100 depending on location to mid afternoon due to the high buildings. The pool is very good with an arch and waterfall.. Half of the pool is good for swimming laps if not too crowded
Only stayed at the WA once ( 2nd time will be in august)- no upgrade from the pearl club sea view ( did get a room at the end of the corridor). At the WA , diamonds will not get access to the Pearl club ( lounge) unless in a pearl club room or pay for access
