And it’s not because I am trying to avoid the worst group of United employees I’ve ever encountered. It’s simply because the New York City ATC is difficult on a good day.
And here I thought I was being sensitive. What is the reason for the surliness? I haven't been on UA all that long so I do not have the same level of history that many of you do.
