Your ticket No. (016-XXX) should appear in the e-ticket receipt you have received from UA; no need to call TK about ticket No. as there is no separate or special TK ticket No. (there is a separate TK PNR/reservation No. though - maybe you fix them up and mean TK PNR/reservation No.?).
