I have a multi city itinerary booking on Etihad via AA, with a 11 hr halt in Abu Dhabi , then onto the US (both legs are Etihad and show up on the same PNR on Etihad's web site

1) Will Etihad check my luggage through to my final destination?

2) My Abu Dhabi halt is at night, midnight onwards. I know it's not Dubai in terms of nightlife but is there anything worth doing in terms of tourist activities? Even if it's just a quick ride around the city and maybe a boat ride in the harbor. [ I'm alone, so no interest in romantic dinner cruises]

3) I'm traveling F class, so I can presumably make use of the lounge if I don't go out ? The last time I was there, it was almost empty, so I don't think they would insist on 4 or 6 hr limits on stay. [On that visit, the FC staff wanted me to go on to the US pre-clearance area in AUH, but I said I would rather stay in the FC lounge, and they didn't object]
