Stayed here in March,
Pool was being renovated.
Old rooms were assigned with no bathtub.
Executive on highest floors then deluxe then plus.
They are still doing renovation on the "tub wing"
Lobby and drive way renovated.
Parking is by TnG system which you will need to pay MYR3 per exit if you stay there and need to walk up the stairs.
Was given an executive room as gold but denied executive lounge after several requests from FDA/whatsapp and overcharged me for that room on the executive rate.
Since then they have made promise on upgrading me to executive room with facilities the next time I stay and refunded the difference after a big complaint.
However, I won't be staying there until the new wing and pool are up.
My advice is unless you have business in PJ then other hotels in KL, Shah Alam have more complete facilities or Budget is tight then a stay in here is likely the last resort.
The noise from the Federal highway is worse on the higher floor rooms facing it as it is not buffeted by the trees.
