Full gate [body search] scenario at LHR yesterday due to SSSS. The attendant touched every part of my body, even ran his hand along the soles of my feet. Then pawed through every single item in every compartment of my rollaboard and backpack. Made me take ipad out of plastic case. Interestingly zero questions. The whole process took 10-15 minutes and completely neutralized any early boarding benefit traveling in biz class. I did not hassle the guy as it wasn't his fault but I'm tired of this nonsense. No SSSS on my inbound flight to Europe or same day WN flight so I would have to concur with other threads that the SSSS "random selection" seems to be a problem at LHR and if that's truly the case then another reason to avoid LHR (in addition to the heinous taxes).
