If one member is SE would reservations done using the Priority Reward of another member have free cancelation?
No - the SE has to book it to get free cancellation. Im not aware that the priority reward can be used by anyone other than the member to which it was issued ( or the SE would have to use his/her Priority Reward). Family sharing only pools points.
