Looking at BA departures by flight status from airport and selecting LHR there’s just a sea of red for the past few hours. Is this linked to not being able to get the bags off and therefore unable to take off until this is done (even if the new bags don’t make it on) - presumably they can’t fly until the bags are at least offloaded from the inbound?
