For those needing to claim missing bags, here is the link - then Baggage. What you need is PNR and Baggage tag numbers. I would advise people to say "no" to the question "Do you have a BAEC account", but then to amend and add in your BAEC number after the first submission. So start here:

What you need at the end of this is a 10 character baggage delayed baggage reference.probably beginning LHRBAnnnnn. You can then get into WorldTracer via
