Delivery flights don’t normally have any cabin crew so it’s just a PR video.
Having a look on LinkedIn where I am connected with some people that are employed with British Airways, it seems that the reason there was so many crew on TTNW's delivery flight is because they took Engineering apprentices to Toulouse.
This would probably explain why there was crew on this flight - When TNED was delivered, the PR videos were only made at LHR.
