To be fair, it may be super congested due to the fact that the Delta One area is under construction. After construction is finished I hope it will be much better.

Also, with most Virgin Customers deciding to choose the Delta Lounge (as the Virgin Upper Class Check-in literally leads them there), will Virgin realize that they don't have a point operating their own lounge? If so, I hope Singapore Airlines starts their own lounge in their space. Their current offerings for their product are embarrassing, (other than the suites) and not a good way to start the longest flight in the world.
