This area though is atrocious. They have a bunch of counters dedicated to people who use the KIOSK first to print out their own bag tags - which you would think would be an easy task by just scanning your boarding pass, but it isn't.
If you need an agent, you have to wait in a separate line that doesn't move very quickly.
To be fair, it may be super congested due to the fact that the Delta One area is under construction. After construction is finished I hope it will be much better.
Also, with most Virgin Customers deciding to choose the Delta Lounge (as the Virgin Upper Class Check-in literally leads them there), will Virgin realize that they don't have a point operating their own lounge? If so, I hope Singapore Airlines starts their own lounge in their space. Their current offerings for their product are embarrassing, (other than the suites) and not a good way to start the longest flight in the world.
