I would say it’s all about how they divide and segment the space inside. Does it feel premium if it’s just one large dining hall? No. But it doesn’t seem to be set up that way. I’d rather it be large, well-designed with thoughtful areas, and no lines to get in, than small for the sake of being small.
I will say, the sit-down restaurant can get quite loud if it’s full; but that’s typical of most NYC restaurants..so I guess they really want to deliver the full NYC dining experience!
