Purely arriving from international and terminating at JFK, there won't be a legitimate way to access the lounge, which is post-security.
I hope you are able to double-dip. Use the Delta-One lounge in JFK and LAX if you fly something like JFK-LAX-SYD on DL1.
What's the point of the complementary shuttle to the Delta SkyClub? Aren't all the widebody gates between B20 and B31 anyways? I mean only case I could think of is a JFK-LAX 757 parking somewhere far down the gates. If anything, there should be a shuttle to the A SkyClub for some of the KLM/VS flights that park in the A gates.
