Does anyone else find the tagline 'Premium wines served at preferential pricing' on Delta's new lounge wine list a bit ironic? Competitors offer complimentary wines in their premium lounges. To me, this undermines the idea of a premium experience. True class doesn’t need to advertise discounts.
Just a way of DL to tempt its passengers to redeeem their miles on alcohol at a "bragging rights" value.

or creditcard shilling USP....did TPG already post: " get creditcard X to generate miles to redeem for premium drinks"
Or rather DL is shrewd to diminish their balance sheet liabilities ?
