Vistara Codeshare: Advice requested regarding misconnection in DEL

We are four passengers booked on LH and their codeshares (my elderly parents are flying Business, my wife and I in Economy/Premium Economy). We shall travel in a couple of weeks. My outbound is as follows:

CCU-DEL (LH Codeshare operated by UK)

DEL-MUC (LH)

MUC-GVA (LH Codeshare operated by EN)

There is 2.40 hours layover at DEL (MCT at DEL is 90 minutes) but I find that this particular flight is almost always late and often breaches the MCT.

1.Are we protected by EC261 and do we get paid in case we miss DEL-MUC because of late incoming UK flight. UK is not an EU Carrier but has been marketed by LH.

2. I am told by LH staff at DEL that all rebookings in case of IROP happens from FRA and if flights are not acceptable one has to go through chatbox route as DEL does not handle any reservations. Do you think there is a better way out?

3. Just in case we misconnect and are re-booked how can we ensure that we are booked on the same flights as our parents as we hold separate PNRs. But we need to travel with them as we are their escorts as they are PRM passengers, and we shall carry our personal manual wheelchair. Also, my father has a pacemaker and is not allowed to handle even hand baggage.

4. As UK delays are usually at the last moment how can I have LH take proactive action and put us on better connections?

5. In case we are rebooked what happens to our meal special request (AVML)? We are vegetarians.

6. In case CCU-DEL is delayed and we have less than MCT (say 55 minutes) and still make it to the flight, how good would the chances be of our bags making it?

Sorry for too many questions but I shall be happy to get valuable advice from experts here. Thank you so much in advance.

Regards
