Third party (i.e. non-rental company) car rental insurance
My travel insurance covers rental excess but not third-party liability.

When I travel to the US www.rentalcover.com gives me the option to only take out a supplemental liability insurance, but they do not seem to offer that for other countries (maybe because only the US requires this insurance?).

What third party insurance do you use, if any?
