They are part of Luxury Colelction but have lounge. They used to provide lounge access for Platinums and above during SPG but then stop providing that benefit during Marriott time.
They claim it was Marriott who asked them stop providing club access. Whether is true or not, we never know. (The Athenee Bangkok, another Luxury Collection hotel however, continue to provide club lounge access though)
It's not uncommon for Marriott properties in Bangkok to offer Bonvoy elite guests breakfast
plus a choice of other welcome amenities (I always take the points). If the Marriott Benefit Police are clamping down on bennies above what is supposed to be offered, they have their work cut out for them in Thailand.
