- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked Fairmont Gold Runway View, received the same.

- How are the rooms? Business-like, ideal for single travellers and couples. Not ideal to families given doors to washrooms (privacy could be a concern)

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Great view from window over the north mountains, Pacific Ocean and the international and transborder aprons. Name recognition from the Fairmont Gold staff.

Bad:

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? Included with Fairmont gold. Non-alcohol beverages and snacks accessible 24/7, alcohol service ends in the lounge at 2230hrs.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Drink vouchers for both registered guests. (Redeemed previously for JW Blue label)

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Can be expensive, but a great airport location.
